This is the rough end of town, everything bad happens here. The small two bedroomed houses are cramped with large families, some with drug dealers and pimps. Some houses are occupied with innocent people who just want to live their life, but due to all the crime it is hard to go through a day without being threatened or something stolen. Everyone who is normal and lives in this area have no money and mothers usually sell their bodies to buy their children gifts. Some women dont even want to do this, but it is their only option. Drugs are used everywhere, but they have to watch out for big Jim the police officer, who deals drugs himself, but if he doesnt like you he will arrst you if he sees you do something bad.
Your charcters created for this role play can not be rich! They have to be poor, and do jobs they hate to make something with themselves. Some people may choose to work at the mall but some might turn to the dark side and have a DARK MOMENT!
